Brief Biographical Details
After completing his undergraduate studies, Andrew worked as associate to Justice GL Davies in the Court of Appeal, Queensland. He completed postgraduate studies at Harvard Law School, where he was a Fulbright Scholar and Knox Memorial Fellow, and practiced corporate law for several years in New York City and London with Davis Polk & Wardwell. He was appointed to the Faculty of Law in 2004 and is a member of the Corporations Committee, Business Law Section, Law Council of Australia. He is a member of the New York Bar and is admitted in England and Wales and Australia.

Andrew is on leave from Sydney Law School. He is currently in residence as a doctoral candidate at Harvard Law School, where he is a Fellow of the Program on Corporate Governance and a John M. Olin Fellow in Law and Economics.
