Brief Biographical Details
Wayne specialises in corporate and commercial law, particularly, contract law. He publishes articles regularly in these areas in journals such as the Journal of Contract Law, the Journal of Business Law and the Companies & Securities Law Journal. Before entering academia, Wayne practised as a commercial lawyer in a leading Australian law firm and also in-house at a major multinational company. Wayne is currently undertaking a PhD in the Faculty in the area of contract law.
