ANJeL/Akira Kawamura Course Prizes in Japanese Law

 

Mr Akira Kawamura, one of ANJeL's advisory board, kindly offers three academic prizes ($750 each) for the best academic performance by a student in:

  • Japanese Law and Society (ANU - see below and for 2007, David Akers);
  • any of the LLM courses on Japanese law, namely Japanese Law in Context, Japanese Law and Politics, Japanese Law and Society, Japanese Law and the Economy, Tutorial in Advanced Japanese Law and Tutorial in Japanese Law and Language (UNSW - one prize only for best student academic performance; winner for 2003, Carol Lawson; for 2004, Aaron Dauber; for 2005, Carol Lawson; for 2006, Duncan Tweed; for 2007, Katie Campbell); and
  • Japanese Law (USydney: winner for 2003, David Yardley; for 2004, Matthew Burston; for 2007, Joel Rheuben).
