Sydney Law School Distinguished Speakers Program 2009

One hundred and eighteen years downtown have seen thousands of hours of research and teaching, delivering many of the most respected and influential names in justice, business, politics and academia. In 2009 the Sydney Law School is ready to embark on an exciting new phase, re-locating in February to our new light-filled and elegant building on the University’s Camperdown Campus . With its seminar rooms, moot court and dispute resolution facilities bristling with the latest technology, the Law School embraces the future, offering students and visitors the opportunity to engage with the law in inspiring, purpose-built spaces.

To mark this exciting new phase in the Sydney Law School’s development, we are privileged to be welcoming eminent law professionals and academics from around the world to present as part of our Distinguished Speakers Program throughout 2009. This extensive program of lectures, seminars and conferences will cover a range of special interest areas, and bring together some of the greatest minds in the field of law.

Many of the lectures are free of charge, and all are open to the public.
