The Sydney Law Review

The Sydney Law Review, established in 1953, is a refereed, peer review journal of high repute, with a wide readership both in Australia and internationally. It is published quarterly by Lawbook Co. and Sydney Law School.
The Review publishes articles, expert commentary on cases currently being heard by the High Court and book reviews. The content encompasses a range of diverse topics, with an emphasis on relevance to Australian law, topicality and originality.
The Review is edited by Editorial Board of academic staff and a Student Editorial Committee.
