Copyright; Patent; Trade Marks and the law of passing-off and unfair competition.
Prohibition
Candidates who have previously completed an undergraduate or postgraduate unit in intellectual property.
Please note: This unit replaced LAWS 6854 - Introduction to Intellectual Property and LAWS 6873 - Principles of Intellectual Property.
