Objectives
- Examine the basic elements of the tax systems that exist in most of the CIS countries.
- Focus on the fundamental structural aspects and the practice problems that they present to the foreign investor.
Content
The challenges of administering taxation in an emerging market, as illustrated by the famous Yukos case, will be highlighted.
