No Imprisonment - Mandatory Imprisonment

Participants at this seminar discussed the seemingly contradictory controversies in sentencing at the moment: abolishing sentences of imprisonment of six months or less, and on the other hand demanding that for particular offences there be “mandatory” minimum terms of imprisonment.
